KOWA pays 80% of Medical Insurance total package for Staff Members. Insurance begins 60 days of Hire Date and starts the following month.
KOWA pays Dental/Vision insurance for the Staff Member.
KOWA pays for Staff Members Insurance.
KOWA recognizes 8 Major Holidays. Holidays/Vacation (pro-rated) begins at Staff Members Hire Date so, July and December shutsdowns will be paid.
KOWA pays for emergency ambulance service program. The service covers expenses beyond insurance coverage. Advanced service is also available.
KOWA is a growing company and our Benefits Package will grow with KOWA.
